PAY YOUR BILLS

SCREENING OF TENANT APPLICATION

  • Run a credit report to determine creditworthiness

MOVING IN A NEW TENANT

  • Preparation of rental or lease agreement and all mandatory disclosures

  • Collection of the security deposit and the first month's rent.

  • Provide tenant with a “Statement of Condition” at time of possession to be completed by the tenant which documents the condition upon move in and is kept on file in our office

  • Instruct tenant to pay rent on time and maintain the property in its current condition.

 

COLLECTION OF YOUR RENTAL INCOME

  • Receive rent payments

  • If needed serve “3-day-notice to pay rent or quit” on the 5th day of the month.

  • Arrange for necessary services for example utilities, gardening, and pool maintenance.
